Meet the author …
My name is Cari, I was born and raised in a small country town in Western Australia on Noongar land. My connection and desire to understand the land started from a young age through my family, the surrounding community of farmers, the spaces I roamed and the animals that I held regular tea parties with. Not content with only knowing the land, I took to the skies navigating hot air balloons, all of which ignited the deep connection to sacredness I have carried throughout my life.
This sacred pursuit extended beyond the farm and skies to land in the desert, when I felt called to move to Alice Springs in the heart of Australia’s Northern Territory. Here I met and married my husband and raised our three children as proud Warumungu people. This Indigenous connection allowed me to study and learn a deeper layer of all that it means to understand this sacred life and the language of the Living System through people and place.
Beyond what life’s experiences have offered in knowledge, I have spent my adult life studying various fields of metaphysics, regenerative agriculture, history, religion, eastern philosophy, health, wellness and medicine, as they interrelate to my world as avid meditator, initiated Kriya Ban yogi, yoga instructor and writer. I hold Advanced Diplomas as both a Wellness Counsellor and Consultant and Advanced Diploma in Metaphysical Counselling, along with many qualifications in physical movement and training with over 30 years of experience working with clients.

The foundational core holds all things. It is a safe and trusted space that allows roots to grow and a steady hand to guide. Dedicated to the revealing of the One Living System we are proud to come together as a beautiful terrain of diverse experience and expressions, recognising that a vision is given to many, we found our strength to bring the voice of Life back to this unfolding story. It is our job to weave the story of life together - all seeking oneness as a work of art in the Living System and finding all those who seek to live by Life’s Natural way. This team forms the root foundations through which the wisdom of the Living System runs and from which all shall grow.
